• No disruptive noise or behaviour during the show.
• Flash photography may be restricted during certain segments for animal safety.

AYA Universe

• The park is stroller and wheelchair-friendly; stroller rentals, baby-changing rooms, restrooms, and even a prayer room are available.

Dubai Frame

• There’s free wheelchair service on request, Braille signage for visually impaired, restrooms, snack / refreshment kiosk, and souvenir shop.

Dubai Dolphinarium Dolphin & Seal Show

• Venue is wheelchair accessible with ramps and dedicated seating areas.
• Strollers are allowed but may need to be parked in designated zones during the show.
• Washrooms and family facilities available inside the building.

Dubai Garden Glow

• Professional shoots, including engagements, weddings, modeling, TV ads, and other events require prior approval from the management office.
• The management reserves the right to expel any visitor found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.
• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with the mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.
• Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings and temporarily close shows and attractions for safety and maintenance without prior notice or compensation.
• Dubai Garden Glow has relocated within Zabeel Park to Gate 3, Area A (next to Dubai Frame) and now operates daily from 10am to 9pm.
• Please note that the original Glow Park experience is no longer available, and only Fantasy Park and Dinosaur Park are currently open.

Dubai Dolphinarium Dolphin & Seal Show

• Children under 2 enter free but must sit on an adult’s lap.
• Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Creek Park charges a small entry fee for all visitors (AED 5 per person, not included in show ticket).
• Show duration is approx. 45 minutes; plan 1.5–2 hrs total including arrival and exit.
• Swim-with-dolphins or meet-and-greet sessions require separate bookings and have age/safety restrictions.

Global Village

• The public display of affection is not allowed and indecent behavior (for example kissing and hugging) is strictly forbidden.
• Wheeled devices such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted inside the Park unless they are rented at the Park.
• Note that the following are not allowed in this experience: animals/pets, smoking, food, and beverages, travel luggage/suitcases.

Miracle Garden

• Shutterbugs, take note: professional photography and drones are not allowed at the venue.
• Keep in mind that the garden strictly prohibits food and drinks, scooters, bicycles, pets, hoverboards, balls, barbeque, and flower picking.

Dubai Frame

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• Smoking is not allowed at Dubai Frame.
• Don’t lean or climb over the railing, and don’t sit or place children on the railing.
• Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.
• Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.

• Entry tickets to AYA are free of charge for People of Determination. A complimentary second ticket is available for one caregiver. Visit the Customer Service desk upon arrival and provide your documentation or ID as proof of eligibility.

Global Village

• Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time of the Global Village.
• This ticket is only an admission ticket. Shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows held within Global Village Dubai are not included in this ticket and will be at your own cost.
• Entry tickets to the Park are only valid for a single entry between 15 Oct 2025 to May 10, 2026, or such other designated season dates as circumstances require.
• Tuesday is reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays).
• Some Public Holidays (as announced by the UAE Government) are also declared as family days at Global Village, and you are advised to check the Global Village social media channels, the Website, and the App for further information and various updates available at that time.
• Check Ramadan timings on the official website before the visit.
• Children aged under 3, senior citizens over the age of 65, and People of Determination ID card holders along with 1 companion, can enter Global Village free of charge.
• Respectful attire that covers your torso, shoulders, legs, and knees must be worn by guests at all times.
• Global Village will not refund the cost of entry tickets under any circumstances.
• Re-sale, duplication, or reprinting of tickets is prohibited. Offenders will be subject to legal liability.
• For safety reasons, children must wear safety wristbands provided by Global Village at the Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks.
• Smoking is only allowed at officially designated smoking areas within the Park.
• Global Village reserves the right to change Park opening times or temporarily suspend shows, close attractions, rides, or facilities for safety reasons, maintenance issues, or private events, without prior notice or compensation.
• The Park is a tourist destination where filming and photography can occur anytime. By entering the Park you irrevocably consent to and authorize Global Village, its successors and assigns to photograph you and/or make sound recordings of you to use worldwide, for any purpose whatsoever, and in perpetuity, all such photographs and sound recordings to be the sole property of Global Village. If you wish to avoid the possibility of being photographed, please do not enter the Park or, if you do, express your wish to the filmmaker/photographer.
• Global Village reserves the right to deny Park entry to any ticket holder and to remove any guest from the Park for any reason (for example being a safety risk to other guests, affecting other guests’ enjoyment of the Park, and adversely affecting the Park’s operation) and to take appropriate action to enforce this right, without refund or compensation.
• The Value ticket is not available on weekends and the public holidays.

Miracle Garden

• Facilities: Parking, first-aid room, souvenir shops, sitting area, prayer room, and dining options.
• Opening and closing timings should be observed strictly.
• Please use proper passages, walkways, and exits allocated for such use.
• Sitting is allowed only in the designated areas.
• Any instruction from the security personnel should be followed immediately without argument.
• The management has all the rights to expel any visitor from the park if found posing great threats to flowers, or park assets, or involved in misconduct.
• Heads up! Skip-the-line tickets do not include the option to skip security lines.

Dubai Frame

• Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.
• Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
• The meal voucher is not applicable for children aged 3 and below.
• The venue's operating hours for Ramadan are from 11am to 7pm.

What to bring

• It is recommended to dress in a manner that is respectful of the local culture and is appropriate for a public space in the United Arab Emirates.

What's not allowed

• While guests are allowed to bring outside food and drinks in the lobby and garden areas and caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes children's floor (Level 1), they must not go beyond the entry barrier. Food and beverages are not allowed in any other exhibitions.
• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are a no-go inside the venue.

• One child under 12 receives complimentary entry with every paying adult. Book only the adult ticket on Headout. On the day of your visit, collect the child's ticket at the Museum of the Future ticketing desk. Bring a valid photo ID for age verification.
• Guests presenting the Pioneer Pass receive AED50 retail credit at the lobby shop, valid only on the pass ticket date. The credit is non-exchangeable for cash and redeemable over multiple transactions.
• Due to limited capacity, the exact admission time within the selected timeslot will be specified on the guest's ticket upon booking confirmation.
