The experience was smooth, the QD tickets were directly scannable. Going for burj in the night 9:30/10pm slot. Let's you skip any queue and enjoy the kighting and view for yourself. The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame.
I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame.
I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

The entire experience was wee thought through, with many staff on standby to answer questions and provide additional insights.. the coffee shop on Level 7 needs to either amend its menu or stock appropriately, so many things we tried to order were just not available .. quite unusual for Dubai, especially a 500 million AED establishment.

The venues themselves were adequate, but the entire experience was severely marred by the abysmal functionality of the Headout app and website. Their clumsy, poorly built automated system repeatedly blocked me from purchasing tickets without explanation, citing fraud prevention. What made matters worse was their customer support. I had to keep reaching out to them just to get basic issues addressed, wasting an unreasonable amount of my time. Despite contacting them multiple times, I received conflicting information and was promised follow-ups on five separate occasions—none of which ever happened. Eventually, someone responded... The only reason I persisted with this mess was because I had credits I needed to use. If not for that, I wouldn’t have hesitated to use a more reliable platform. Headout’s systems and service are simply not fit for purpose.

The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. Contrasting Visit to the Top of the Burj Khalifa Our visit to the 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa will be remembered as an exceptional moment. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with impeccable care by the staff, servers. Every detail seemed designed for our comfort in a serene and peaceful atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle below. Unfortunately, this serenity was not mirrored on the lower floors, particularly the 124th and 125th. These levels, though touted as iconic observation points, left us deeply disappointed. The crowd was dense, noisy, and at times, impolite. What was meant to be a contemplative experience turned into a struggle to find a space to breathe. This striking contrast highlights a disturbing reality: that of a selection by money. Access to the much more expensive 148th floor guarantees a high-end experience, while the more accessible intermediate floors sacrifice comfort to quantity. This system creates a palpable division between those who can afford luxury and those who must be content with the essentials. While the Burj Khalifa embodies grandeur and ambition, our visit also reminded us that even at the top of the world, elegance can sometimes depend on the price you pay.
